I like to put salsa on just about all my food; here’s one of my favorite recipes.
Pineapple Salsa
1 diced bell pepper
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup diced mango (or replace with another 1/2 cup of pineapple)
1 jalapeno chili, minced
1/4 cup red onion
Freshly ground white pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
