I like to put salsa on just about all my food; here’s one of my favorite recipes.
Pineapple Salsa
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced mango (or replace with another 1/2 cup of pineapple)
- 1 jalapeno chili, minced
- 1/4 cup red onion
- Freshly ground white pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
