Today’s afternoon snack: One of my favorite bloggers, Christina of thehealthexperiment, posted some delicious looking ants on a log the other day. Her version, which included dried cranberries in place of raisins inspired my version.
I replaced the peanut butter with sunflower seed butter (my nut/seed butter of choice) and replaced the raisins with dried blueberries. Yuuum! I also included some carrots from the Grower’s Market last weekend and some horseradish hummus.
